Remote Consultation is a great option for those who might be able to work through a challenge with expert support over the phone, those who need help ASAP since I am often booked out 2+ weeks for an onsite repair.
My remote rate is $50/half hour, no minimum requirement, and no travel time charges. I waive this fee if we determine a follow-up onsite visit is needed.
