Onsite service is best for those who know that their kiln or pottery equipment needs expert hands-on work. This is my standard offering and what most clients usually need.
My onsite rate starts at $100/hour with a 2-hour minimum plus parts and travel time.

Remote service calls are a great option for those who might be able to work through a challenge with expert support over the phone, those who need help ASAP since I am often booked out 2+ weeks for an onsite repair.
My remote rate is $50/half hour, no minimum requirement, and no travel time charges. I waive this fee if we determine a follow-up onsite visit is needed.
